We are an EU company and apply European standards to every supplier, customer and shipment. Here is the short version — including the goods we will not touch.
How we check who we work with.
Kadium Trading Ltd is registered in Malta and operates under Maltese company law and EU regulation. Statutory filings are made through licensed Maltese corporate service providers.
Counterparty checks
Suppliers and customers are checked before we start working with them — company registration, banking references and trading history — and those checks are refreshed periodically.
Sanctions screening
Every counterparty and destination is screened against EU, UK and US sanctions lists before we accept an order.
No dual-use goods
We do not trade, broker or ship dual-use items — civilian goods that can also be used for military, security or weapons purposes — as controlled under Regulation (EU) 2021/821. The same applies to military and law-enforcement equipment, weapons and their components, and any goods, software or technology that would require an export licence. Every enquiry is screened against these rules before we quote, and we decline the ones that fail.
Data protection
Personal data we receive during onboarding is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Our data policy is available on request.
