Sourcing
Finding the right supplier
We work with suppliers across all of our sourcing markets. Tell us the product and specification, and we come back with options, pricing and lead times — plus quality checks before anything ships.
Shipping
Freight to Europe
Sea freight from the port of loading and road transport onward through Europe. We book the space, prepare the documents and keep you updated while the shipment is on the way.
Delivery
Customs and final delivery
Import clearance in Europe, duties and VAT handled, then delivery to your warehouse or nominated address. Storage can be arranged if you need the goods held.
Where we source
A supplier network across the main manufacturing markets.
We deal with our suppliers directly — there is no extra layer between us and the producer. If a market is not on this list, ask: we open new ones when a customer’s requirement justifies it.
Who we buy from
The counterparty follows the order, not the country.
In every market we work with the same three kinds of supplier. Which one we use depends on the product, the volume and the lead time — not on where the goods happen to be made.

Goods we handle
No dual-use goods, whatever the destination.
Dual-use items are civilian products that can also serve a military, security or weapons purpose, controlled across the EU under Regulation (EU) 2021/821. We do not handle them — and we screen every enquiry before we price it.
- Dual-use items listed in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2021/821
- Military, defence and law-enforcement equipment
- Weapons, ammunition, and parts or components for them
- Goods, software or technology requiring an export licence
- Anything destined for a sanctioned party, entity or territory
No exceptions and no case-by-case reviews. If a product falls into one of these categories, we decline the enquiry.
Finance & risk
We can carry the deal, not just the cargo.
Buying overseas usually means paying a factory months before the goods earn anything. We can take that gap off your balance sheet, and make sure the shipment is covered while it is in transit.
Finance
Trade finance
We pay the supplier at production and invoice you on agreed terms after delivery, so your working capital stays where it is. Where a deal needs bank instruments — letters of credit, documentary collections, bank guarantees — we arrange them through our European banking partners.
Cover
Insurance & risk
Marine cargo cover door to door against loss and damage in transit, and credit or political-risk cover where the route or the counterparty calls for it. We arrange the policy through licensed brokers; the cover itself is written by the insurer.

Pre-shipment inspection and quality control at the factory. Consolidation of several suppliers into one container. Labelling, repacking and EU documentation. Warehousing in Europe and onward distribution to your customers.
Finance is offered as commercial trade credit on our own book, not as a regulated financial service. Insurance is placed through licensed brokers and underwritten by licensed insurers.
